Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We only accept returns of complete orders, we cannot accept returns of partial orders. 



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item within 10 days from receiving it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your or original method of payment within 30 days from receving your item.

You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies or your original method of payment.



Do not return items to our mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Upon receving your return request, we will send you a link for printing your return label.  This link will be provided within 10 days from receiving your request.

Use the original packaging and securely pack the items in a box.

Affix the mailing label we provided squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

Use the address listed on the mailing label and affix the appropriate amount of postage.

Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We can only accept returns that were requested through our Return Request Form.

You must provide a valid email address and order ID.  The email address must match the email address we have on record for the order ID provided.
